Known forcocktail barEbisuabsintheclassic
A moody, European-influenced cocktail bar in Ebisu with a strong focus on absinthe, vermouth, and pre-Prohibition-era cocktail traditions. The dimly lit, intimate space feels like a speakeasy transplanted from early 20th-century Paris, and the bartenders are deeply knowledgeable about classic techniques. It's a quieter, more contemplative bar experience — not the place for a loud group night out.
