Directions

A rare coastal cliff forest reserve on the southern shore, combining WWII heritage with genuine secondary rainforest and rocky beach access. The trails wind past old British gun emplacements and bunkers, and the rocky shoreline offers quiet sea views toward Sentosa. It is one of the few places in Singapore with natural rocky coastal habitat. Caveat: trails can be slippery after rain and the reserve is relatively small, so combine it with a walk along Berlayer Creek for a fuller outing.
