#9 of 10 Parks & Outdoors in Chicago

Directions

A brilliantly designed 20-acre park adjacent to Millennium Park featuring a wild, imaginative play garden for kids, a seasonal mini-golf course, a winter skating ribbon, and sweeping views of the skyline and lakefront. The climbing walls and play structures are genuinely among the best in any American city park. It gets very crowded on summer weekends, especially the play garden. Mini-golf and skating ribbon carry small fees but the park itself is free.
