Frequently asked questions

Is the SkyPark Observation Deck sheltered from rain?
No — it is an unsheltered outdoor platform. In the event of extreme rain or lightning, it may be temporarily closed for safety. Ticketholders who entered less than one hour before closure may be entitled to a refund. Umbrellas are not provided and are discouraged due to wind.
Can I use the infinity pool with an Observation Deck ticket?
No. The SkyPark Infinity Pool is reserved exclusively for registered hotel guests. Your Observation Deck ticket grants access to Level 56 and a mezzanine section of Level 57 only.
Do I need to book tickets in advance?
A timed-entry ticket is required. The official site and third-party platforms (Klook, Pelago, etc.) all sell them online. Pre-purchasing is strongly encouraged to secure your preferred timeslot and avoid queues, especially on weekends and public holidays.
What can I see from the SkyPark Observation Deck?
The deck offers 360° panoramic views of Gardens by the Bay and the Supertree Grove, the Esplanade's durian-shaped domes, the CBD skyline, Marina Strait, and — on a clear day — as far as Indonesia. In the evening you can watch the Spectra light-and-water show from above.
Are there any special experiences beyond the standard Observation Deck ticket?
Yes. 'Sunset in the Sky' offers priority access, dedicated seating, and a premium dining menu. 'Silent Disco in the Sky' turns the deck into a rooftop dancefloor on full-moon nights. The 'Skyline Singapore: Stories from Above' showcase is included free with every standard ticket.
How do I get to the SkyPark Observation Deck entrance?
Take the MRT to Bayfront Station (CE1/DT16) and use Exit C or D, then follow signs through The Shoppes to Hotel Tower 3 — about a 5-minute walk. The entrance is via the Hotel Tower 3 driveway at Level 56.
How much does it cost to visit the SkyPark Observation Deck?
Tickets are tiered by time of day: non-peak (before 16:00) starts at S$35 for adults and S$31 for concessions; peak (from 16:00) is S$39 for adults and S$35 for concessions. Hotel guests enter free. Pre-purchase online is strongly recommended to secure a timeslot.
What are the opening hours of the SkyPark Observation Deck?
The Box Office opens daily at 09:30. The deck closes at 22:00 Monday–Thursday and 23:00 Friday–Sunday. Hours can vary on special event dates, so check the official website before visiting.
