Café Maure

Technically a café rather than a restaurant, Café Maure inside the Kasbah des Oudayas is nonetheless a mandatory stop for its mint tea, msemen, and light Moroccan snacks served in a garden overlooking the river and sea. The setting — blue-and-white tiled terrace, orange trees, Atlantic breeze — is among the most beautiful in all of Morocco. Come for the experience as much as the food; it's a beloved institution.
