A pasta and charcuterie restaurant that makes everything in-house, from the hand-rolled pasta to the cured meats hanging in the open kitchen. The rigatoni with nduja and the pig's head croquettes are outstanding, and the whole ethos of using the whole animal is executed with real skill. It's lively and can get loud, but the food is some of the most exciting Italian cooking in London.
