A hushed, wood-panelled gem tucked inside Dukes Hotel, widely credited as the birthplace of the tableside martini ritual. The trolley is wheeled to your table and the gin or vodka martini is poured with theatrical precision — no ice, no shaking, just cold spirit and a sliver of lemon. It's genuinely one of the finest martini experiences in the world, but two drinks is the house limit for good reason. Book ahead; walk-ins are possible but the room is tiny.
