A restored wind-tower arcade on the Bur Dubai creekside packed with bolts of fabric, pashminas, embroidered textiles and souvenirs. Come for cheap scarves and made-to-measure tailoring cloth, and pair it with a one-dirham abra ride across the creek to the Deira souks. Vendors can be very pushy and the 'antiques' are mostly mass-produced, so haggle hard and don't believe the backstories.
