The Griffin Museum of Science and Industry (formerly MSI), housed in a grand 1893 World's Fair building, is the largest science museum in the Western Hemisphere. Walk through a real U-505 submarine, a coal mine, and a giant model railroad. It is far south in Hyde Park and huge, so allow most of a day and expect some paid add-on exhibits.
