Directions

One of the oldest and most respected farmers markets in the greater Chicago area, running Saturday mornings from May through November in downtown Evanston near the Davis Street CTA stop. It features a strong lineup of certified organic and sustainable farms, excellent mushroom vendors, and some of the best stone fruit in the region during peak summer. The market is well-organized and less chaotic than its Chicago counterparts. It requires a short L ride north but is very accessible via the Purple or Red line.
