Rec 23 is a spacious, American-influenced bar and restaurant in Testaccio that does some of the best burgers in Rome alongside excellent cocktails and a wide beer selection. The industrial-chic space is comfortable and the staff are efficient and friendly. It gets busy on weekends but the size means you can usually find a seat, and the quality is consistently high.
