Café Mosaïque

Perched on the Rock with views toward the port, Café Mosaïque is one of the more honest café options in the old town, offering decent coffee, fresh-squeezed juices, and light snacks without the worst tourist-trap pricing. The terrace is genuinely lovely on a clear day. It's still in a tourist-heavy zone so manage expectations on authenticity, but quality is reliably good. Best visited mid-morning before the cruise-ship crowds arrive.
