#8 of 9 Markets & Food Halls in Kuala Lumpur

$$
Known forarts and craftscultural marketheritageindoor market

A heritage art deco building from 1888 that has been converted into a curated indoor market selling Malaysian handicrafts, batik, pewter, and cultural souvenirs. It is one of the best places in KL to find genuine Orang Asli crafts and quality batik fabric rather than mass-produced trinkets. The attached Annexe gallery adds a contemporary arts dimension. Prices are fixed in most stalls so bargaining is limited, and some sections lean touristy.
