Known forcraft cocktailsthemed barPalermoreservation recommended
A Jules Verne-themed cocktail bar with a genuinely inventive menu that changes seasonally, run by some of the city's most respected bartenders. The theatrical presentation never feels gimmicky — the drinks are technically excellent and the atmosphere is warm rather than pretentious. Reservations are strongly recommended as it fills up quickly on Thursday through Saturday nights.
