Baltimore's beloved indie rock club — a two-level Remington institution with a sweaty downstairs stage for touring and local bands and a divey upstairs bar with a pool table for when you just want a drink. It's the city's go-to for punk, indie, and everything left of the mainstream, with an unpretentious crowd and cheap-ish drinks. Caveat: it's a real music venue first, so a show ticket and a loud, packed room come with the territory; the upstairs bar is the low-key alternative.
