You can clamber through a Coast Guard cutter, a WWII submarine (USS Torsk), and more; noon and 4pm cannon firings on the Constellation are a highlight. Caveat: at $15+ a combo ticket is the value play, and the steep ladders and cramped submarine make it tough for anyone with mobility limits.
