Known forremingtonroasterspecialty coffeepour over
A no-frills roaster run by Carlos Payes, who grew up on a coffee farm near Santa Ana, El Salvador, and now roasts small batches in-house on a Mill City machine. The pour-overs, especially the Salvadoran single origins, are among the best in the city; grabbing a counter stool is a treat. Caveat: it's literally a long bar with a few stools and a roaster in back, so don't expect a lounge-around café.
